LUDIC WORKSHOPS

ARTISTIC EDUCATION: It is a program that combines the artistic areas, to strengthen the creativity of the participants leading them to a transformation of being.  Artistic creation is a mechanism designed by the human being and is born of the need to express, communicate and share feelings; and analysis based on the reality of each being.

These manifestations are developed in different ways, in this case all artistic expressions are addressed interdisciplinaryly, where the subject manages to understand the importance of the image in society, its characteristics, its structures narratives, their characters and what happens behind them.

WORKSHOP #1

DESIGN OF WOUNDS AND ARTISTIC MAKEUP FOR SPECIAL EFFECTS

This workshop will provide children, adolescents and young people with tools, techniques and resources to design and characterize cinematic characters. They will learn how to perform the special effects for aging, wounds, burns and scrapes.

Characterization and special effects have generated a lot of interest throughout the history of theater, film, television and photography, since with makeup we can perform characterizations of different characters and great realism.

WORKSHOP 2

OPTICAL TOYS

The discovery of cinema is due to the human desire to represent the image in motion, as an essential informational instrument in all communication processes. Since its inception, man has been concerned with representing and capturing movement, such as prehistoric cave paintings; for centuries, different procedures have been sought to reproduce reality.

One of the scientific advances that fueled the evolution of the moving image was the analysis of Peter Mark Roget, in 1824 by publishing scientific research with the title of Persistence of Vision in terms of moving objects. That established that the human eye retains the images for a fraction of a second after the subject ceases to have them in front of them. Specifically, it was discovered that if 16 images of a movement that elapses in a second are passed successively also in a second, the persistence of the vision joins them and makes them look like a single moving image. This discovery stimulated several scientists to investigate to demonstrate the now-discussed principle of image persistence in the retina.

Thanks to the persistence of the image of the retina we can create many optical toys, make movies and cartoons.

WORKSHOP 3

Storyboard

To generate an audiovisual and artistic space for reflection, and the critical exchange of opinions around cultural knowledge, which stimulate the child, adolescent and young person to be part of the reality that corresponds to him.

TERRITORY OF LOVE CONVIVIALITY AND PEACE

Having the chairs in crescent is received the group with a short talk about its approach to the cinema, immediately a short film is observed which explains the intention of the construction of the stotyboard (base of the activity), in addition to this, a project is projected a audiovisual according to the subject to be analyzed in relation to our context.

It is proposed to build a story by group which will be reflected in an acetate with earth, which will allude to the vignettes of the storyboard, each member will draw or write a part of the story in each vignette, using their fingers. At the end we will have an acetate composed of different experiences born of the interrelationship and creativity of each subject. A photo shoot will take place. Final creation will be socialized.

WORKSHOP 4

Characters

The activity is started with the visualization of a short film which explains the importance of character building, an audiovisual is immediately analyzed from a narrative, conceptual and actorperspective attending to the experiential experiences of each member.

We will go on to the activity handing each participant a sheet with a cigarette with which will go to a container with water in which he will draw with oil paint a character, this work will be exhibited in a small gallery, where dialogue will be about the life of this pers characteristics and possible names or acting roles.

At the end you will get a variety of works exhibited to the viewer concerned.
